If you are someone eating white rice, pasta, and bread, then it is time that you start eating brown rice, whole wheat or bulgur wheat. All this food is very high in magnesium and Selenium. This is very much needed to support your immunity. Furthermore, they are also rich in antioxidants and roughage. Whenever a question arises with you, what do I want to eat right now? It should always be eating healthy.

Natural dressing in place of process dressing

Salad is a very healthy intake. But when you dress with unnatural creams, you deserve your health again. It contains unsaturated fat and unwanted calories. In the place of sour cream and ranch, go for mustard, Greek yogurt, and salsa. Start using olive oil and apple cider vinegar and get rid of all unnatural dressings.

The white meat in place of red meat

This will be the hardest for anyone. If you want to reduce the calories and also the bad cholesterol and save your heart, reduce some of these. Instead of this, you can use chicken fish and shellfish. These are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, will save you from all those diseases which are caused by fats. Oatmeal is fiber Rich cereal in place of sugary cereal

Do not go for fast food especially for your breakfast. Cutting it down altogether is also welcome. You can eat oatmeal and fiber-rich cereal if you want to become health conscious. Toast in the place of Bagel or Buns

If you are obsessed with cream cheese, give it some rest. In place of this, you can go to toast. Compliment it with some fruits and natural jam. Have a delicious snack in front of you now. Forget it to garnish it with some healthy seeds and even nuts.

Whole Fruit for fruit juice

Do you know the number of preservatives added to the fruit juice? You wouldn’t know and I am sure. Please eat the whole fruit. Peel off a fruit, thank nature and let every bite be nutritious.
